Actually my mom guessed correctly in an email. This is from one of my Dad's favorite movies, "Quigley Down Under" with Tom Selleck , Laura San Giacomo ( I love her in this movie - she's a hoot as "Crazy Cora")and Alan Rickman (Severus Snape). If you've never seen it, it's worth a 99 cent rental. But if you're headed out to get it don't watch the clip below - it will spoil everything !

Sorry for never giving you the answer! It was kind of unfair as you really needed to say it with a think english accent, but it was from Bedknobs and Broomsticks! (my hubby says it all the time for various reasons)
Got it ! - one of the FEW Disney's that I have never seen. ( I know - shame on me- but Amy "girlfriend" admitted to never having seen Mary Poppins all the the way through. I'm not sure how she made it to adulthood myself !)
