Today - Today I am thankful to send a healthy, easy daughter off to a wonderful girl's camp. Tiff has so many worries when sending Brandon off and so I am thankful for not having that worry. I am thankful for daycare families that fit with my family. I am SO thankful that John can sleep through ANYTHING when he has to work overnights or else today would be a nightmare. I am recently finding myself very thankful for nestle quick chocolate milke, the already mixed kind. It's comfort in a bottle for some reason. I am thankful that it's not in the 100's this week.

Today's post is dedicated to my wonderful Mother. It is her birthday and since I'm kind of flaky, completely broke and a big procrastinator - I've created a slide show in her honor. It has some of my favorite pictures (some I'm sure she didn't know I had and some she might not love) - but I love them all. Each one reminds me of some special time or occasion when she was doing what she does best which is being my mom.
I wish I had more of her childhood but I must not have managed to steal that album yet. Anyway - Mom - I hope you have a wonderful day. I miss you and love you very much !

Today I am thankful for electricity, since we went without it for a couple hours last night. I am thankful for my mom who sends me CD's of music that I need at just the right times. I am thankful for Cub Scout Day Camp because it made Nate so happy this week. I am thankful for Amy and Tracy who made it so I had 2 hours of quiet at my house yesterday. And I am thankful for excedrin because it helps when it is not quiet at my house.

Today I am thankful for VERY good friends who call me, email me, help me with my kids and everything else. I am SOOOO thankful that my air conditioner works because my mothers broke and she is having to buy a new one which means she is having to go a day without one BLEK ! I am thankful for "Finding Nemo" because right now it is making 4 toddlers very happy. I am thankful for an excellent camp leader who called to remind me to write my solo letter which had completely slipped my mind and I am thankful that John did the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen last night when Natalie went to mutual ( it was her night) and I just wasn't up to it. Thank You !
